Count Me In

Ma's friend was explaining to her how weddings work in Monroe. Chassidish communities have weddings constantly (obviously), so the people worked out a way to keep the costs to $3,000 with Gemach flowers, the barest minimum when it comes to food, and liquor? Fuhgetaboutit.

But in quite a few cases, the kallah will be wearing a $3,000 gown from Kleinfeld (with a few alterations here and there).

That I understand.

Wow! that is probably the most stunning wedding gown I've ever seen. I still wouldn't spend $3,000 on a gouwn, though.

Even if your wedding only cost $3,000? :D
